Barauskas established his firm in Santa Ana, California in 1982 where he had been clerking for a private firm since 1977. His practice consisted of general civil practice which included collections, personal injury, family law, landlord tenant disputes, bankruptcies, contract drafting and general civil litigation. Upon relocating to Florida his areas of practice have included Probate Administration, Estate Planning, Drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives and Health Care Surrogate documents. He has been involved in Administration of Estates throughout the State of Florida both Domestic and Ancillary Administration.
